Return & Refund Policy
Returns Overview
To bring you the lowest cost possible, we work directly with manufacturers and adhere to their strict 30 day return policies that specific requirements differ by brand. Please read the return policy as it pertains to the specific product you would like to return. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items.
For Medical Breakthrough Massage Chairs:
7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD
Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.
After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
Accessories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sale are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.
For Medical Breakthrough Saunas:
If you are unhappy with your sauna for whatever reason, please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You can return the sauna within 7 days of receiving it. For Sunray Saunas Products:
You can return any item purchased within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. Defective Products Policy
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at returns@wellnessloveme.com. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under Sunray Saunas Terms and Conditions.
For Real Relax Products: Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date you received your chair, based on tracking. Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping to return the item and an additional fee of up to 30% may apply (determined upon inspection of the returned goods). Do note that the risk of loss of any returns are borne by the consumer once the product to be returned has been passed to the courier. You are responsible that your returns are properly packed and shipped back to us. Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility. All returns and refunds decisions by RealRelax shall be final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
Medical Breakthrough Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product shipped, you will only be charged a 3.89% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period and your order has already shipped you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what the promotion was offered when you purchased the product because the cost to ship the product back and forth.
Sunrays Saunas Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company. All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
Real Relax Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order at any time ONLY IF your order has yet to be shipped (tracking details yet to be made available). Orders cannot be cancelled after order has shipped and will incur shipping and restocking fees.
